Rhesus by Euripides
29 March, 2004, 7.30pm. Read by the Grass Roots Greeks on Monday at the 6th @ Penn Theatre, 3704 Sixth Avenue in Hillcrest (corner Pennsylvania Ave.).
Euripides' Rhesus isthe only surviving Greek tragedy based directly on a scene from Homer's Iliad. The reading will be followed by a forum with the cast.

4-7 March, 2004, 7.30pm (4th March at Charters School in Sunningdale, 5th March at Englefield Green Social Hall (both open to all), and 7th March in the Main Hall of the Students' Union (open only to RHUL students). All the performances will start at 7.30pm. However, on the 4th March, there will also be a free pre-performance talk by Dr. Nick Lowe starting at 6.30.
